Change Statements
Change Statements were signed by the client, team leader and supervisor each time a change to the project’s scope was made. Each change statement corresponds to a version of the Project Plan.
A refinement to the change management practice was put in place on 19 August 2015 to prevent further changes that would hamper the project’s progress.
Change Statements were formatted in compliance to the Contract Template located in Design Standards.
