Project Plan

The LuminAR project had five versions of Project Plan between 25 March 2015 and 10 August 2015. Versions 1.0 and 1.1 were created in conjunction to Project Proposal Versions 1.0 and 1.1 respectively. Versions 2.0 though 4.0 were created to address changes to the project’s scope. These versions have corresponding Change Statements.

The ‘Overview of Project Schedules’ document below gives an overview of the change in time management throughout the Project Plans.
