Client Agreement

Following a disappointing mid-project review outcome, the LuminAR group decided that it was necessary to create a Client Agreement. The agreement addresses the change management protocols, ownership of the deliverables and scope of the project.

The Client Agreement ensured the completion of the project within the time remaining, and that the client received the agreed product. The agreement was formatted in compliance to the Contract Template located in Design Standards.
