Implementation

Development Logs

A Sprint Information log was produced before commencing each sprint to outline the sprint’s scope and focus. A Burndown Chart was maintained during each sprint to track the progress of each task against estimations. A Functionality Testing Log was produced following the completion of each sprint to track the functionality of the application. These logs can be found in Testing Logs.

Sprint Information logs and Burndown charts were formatted in compliance to the templates located in Design Standards.

Additional logs were kept in each team member’s independent log book.
